TELS (T.E.L.S. Transeuropean Logistic Services Ltd.) traces its origins back to 2001 when it was founded in the UK, with the main financial and management structure established in London. Initially focusing on road transport services within Europe and import/export freight forwarding between the EU and Eastern European countries, the company quickly expanded its services.

In 2002, TELS GLOBAL – International Logistics Solutions began providing road transport services in Europe and commenced import/export freight forwarding between the EU and Eastern European nations. Recognizing the need for efficient transportation of small freight, the Groupage Cargo department was established, laying the foundation for a network of consolidation warehouses across Europe.

By 2004, TELS had become a full member of the International Federation of Forwarding Associations (FIATA), solidifying its position in the global logistics industry. The company’s commitment to professional customer service led to the opening of a new office in Warsaw, Poland, in 2006, further strengthening its presence in Eastern Europe.

To better serve clients in Eastern Europe and Asia, legal entities were established in Ukraine, Russia, and Belarus in 2006. This move facilitated the provision of quality transportation services and streamlined logistical operations in the region.

TELS expanded its services to encompass multimodal transportations worldwide by sea, rail, and air modes in 2007. Despite challenges posed by the global financial crisis in 2009, the company increased its transport orders and expanded its groupage cargo services and consolidation warehouse network in Europe.

In 2011, TELS opened a new office in Prague, Czech Republic, further enhancing its European presence. Despite geopolitical tensions and economic challenges in subsequent years, TELS remained committed to its development strategy.

In response to the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020, which significantly impacted the transportation and logistics industry, TELS maintained positive growth momentum through strategic management and adaptation to changing market conditions.

Looking ahead, TELS has identified key development principles for the future, including the creation of a logistics ecosystem for supply chain management, synergy with customers and partners, automation of business processes, continuous development of competencies, and flexibility in responding to market demands.

In 2022, TELS underwent rebranding and began operating under the new brand name TELS GLOBAL, reflecting its ambition for a global market presence and its commitment to evolving with the industry’s changing landscape.
